An Introduction To Shooting

Murf's Shooting Range is partnering with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) to provide a seminar for inexperienced and first time shooters ages 10-100+.  This seminar will introduce participants to safe and recreational use of firearms.  

Classes are limited to 14 shooters per class.  Classes will be hosted once a month, please visit our Instagram or Facebook account for class dates.  The seminar will start at 9:00 am and last about one hour. 


Each participant will be allowed to shoot 25 rounds of 22 LR rimfire ammunition in a handgun or rifle at distances up to 25 yards. Minors must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. 


Each participant will receive their own safety glasses, ear protection, targets, First Shots padfolio with pen and a $25 gift certificate to use at a later date. 


The cost of the class is $16( the cost of a day's range fee). Registration and pre-payment is required. Each participant will have access to Murf's Shooting Range for the day with this fee.  Please call or stop by Murf's Shooting Range to reserve your spot in one of our upcoming classes today!
